New Year weight loss plan!

So it is the New Year and people all over the globe have made the resolution to become fit and lose those pounds gained by Holiday goodies. But many will do it for a week and then fall off the plan and go back to the same habits of being unhealthy. But, there are the few that stick to their plans for having their own dream bodies. So for starters lets get one thing down, it takes 21 days for anything to become a habit. So, if you stick to any plan for 21 day, that plan will eventually become a habit. Now that we have the mental aspects of dieting out of the way lets get down to a plan of action. My plan of action is to tackle Nutrisystem. Caution, before you do any plan of action to lose weight, research it! And that's what I did with this plan. I went to youtube, I looked it up online, and I called and ask questions about everything under the sun. But, you have to ask or you'll never know, right?So, lets get into the meat and potatoes of this program. As of right now they have the 2003 prices so a 28 day plan is 300.00 dollars which is kinda pricey but so worth it. You have to add fresh grocery items to the food, and for women calorie count is 1200 calories. Sound pretty good, so I will be purchasing this product when I get paid. And posting pictures of the products as soon as they come to the door! But for now I will be eating sensibly and working out two times a day like I usually do. I know your asking your selves, why not purchase your own food and do it that way. But being a full time nursing student, sometimes you want to just get something without thinking about what to cook and how to cook it. So, my other dieters let do it!
